Ville has been a member of the ATP REP team since 2007. Through the years Ville has contributed to a number of investments in both Europe and the US and has been monitoring a number of our largest investments in international real estate funds.
Ville is representing ATP Real Estate in PREA (Pension Real Estate Association) where he is a member of the plan sponsor council executive committee and the research committee. Ville is also an active member in INREV, where he is a member of the fees committee.
Ville's future responsibilities will still be related to investments in property funds with focus on evaluation and due diligence of new investment opportunities and on monitoring existing fund investments.
In his capacity as Partner in ATP Real Estate, Ville will be a member of ATP REP's investment committee.
