ATP Real Estate Partners II K/S has made a commitment to invest USD 80 million with the Morgan Stanley Prime Property Fund.

The Fund is an existing open-ended fund pursuing diversified investments in stable income producing real estate assets across property sectors in the United States.

The commitment was signed in March 2011. The investment represents ATP Real Estate's first investment with Morgan Stanley.
