ATP Real Estate Partners I K/S has in February 2011 invested USD 90m with the Invesco Core Real Estate - USA fund.

The investment is a continuation of ATP Real Estate's US core investment focus, which started with a USD 100m commitment to the LaSalle US Core fund.

This new investment is ATP Real Estate's first investment with Invesco.
