ATP Real Estate Partners I K/S has made a commitment to invest USD 65 million with the UBS Trumbull Property Fund.

The fund is an existing open-ended fund with a low risk profile seeking a diversified exposure to real estate assets across property sectors in the United States.

The commitment was signed in June 2011. The investment is ATP Real Estate's second investment with UBS.
