In April 2011 ATP Real Estate Partners II K/S signed a commitment of DKK 300m to Norden IV - a property fund sponsored by Ejendomsselskabet Norden.

The sole purpose of this fund is to invest opportunistically in the greater Copenhagen area.

The fund is a follow-on fund to the previous and very succesful Norden I. Almost at the same time of committing capital, the fund made its first acquisition into Scala - a well known landmark property in the heart of Copenhagen, which needs significant redevelopment. Besides Scala the fund will potentially be active in most property sectors including investments in office, residential and retail.

The fund is ATP Real Estate's third investment with Ejendomsselskabet Norden.
