Having finalized investing ATP Real Estate Partners I K/S (ATP REP I) with total commitments of approximately EUR 1bn, ATP has established a follow on investment entity: ATP Real Estate Partners II K/S (ATP REP II).

The team behind the Real Estate Fund series can commit up to EUR 700m to private equity real estate funds, joint ventures and club type investment structures under ATP REP II.

The investment universe is unchanged and includes the broader Europe, CEE and the US.

The risk profile for ATP REP II is slightly more conservative than ATP REP I and is expected to hold a slightly larger allocation to Core real estate. Investment period is three years.
