Jens Christian Britze new member of INREV's Management Board

In INREV’s Annual General Meeting, which was held in London on the 21st of June 2010, Jens Chr. Britze, Partner in ATP Real Estate, was elected by the membership base as management board member of INREV. He took over the seat from Managing Partner in ATP Real Estate, Michael Nielsen, who has been a board member since 2003.

In addition to Jens Chr. the board is now consisting of:

European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles – with the slightly easier name INREV – was established back in May 2003. ATP Real Estate was one of the major contributors to the establishment of INREV and is still participating actively in several of INREV’s committees and working groups. As mentioned Michael Nielsen has been a member of the board since the beginning in 2003 and until June 2010 and he is still an active member of INREV’s Investor Platform.

INREV is a non-profit organization based in The Netherlands and has today over 320 members. Its investor members include some of Europe’s leading institutional investors that together have approximately €140 billion of real estate assets under management.The aim of the organization is to improve the accessibility of non-listed real estate funds by promoting greater transparency, accessibility, professionalism and standards of best practice.
