Two awards to ATP Real Estate

At the annual IPE Real Estate Awards 2009, which took place on the 28th of May in Amsterdam, ATP Real Estate was placed among the top three real estate investors in Europe - and went home with two awards.

ATP Real Estate was awarded a prize as the ’Best Nordic Investor’ and a prize as the ‘Best Opportunistic Investor’.

The prize awarded for ‘Best Nordic Investor’ was based on ‘ATP Real Estate’s flexible allocation with a commitment period of multiple years, focused and proactive risk management and a system to ensure managers avoid excessive risks’.

The prize for ‘Best Opportunistic Investor’ was based on ‘ATP Real Estate’s ‘Strong alignment of interest, timing of allocation to the US as well as diversification by sectors, countries and fund vintages.’

The winner of IPE Real Estate Awards 2009 Best European Institutional Investor was the German Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe.
