CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 5

ATP Real Estate has committed USD 75m to CBRE Investors' fifth US based value add fund.

The name of the fund is CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. Value 5 and the objective for the fund is to purchase, reposition, develop and sell institutional quality real estate in highly rated metropolitan areas in the United States. The fund has a total capacity of up to USD 2.9bn including USD 1.3bn of equity.

The fund is ATP Real Estate's first investment outside Europe.
