Formation of PATROFFICE GmbH & Co. KG

ATP Real Estate is pleased to announce the formation of PATROFFICE GmbH & Co. KG which will target investments in German commercial real estate.

The total volume of investments is expected to reach up to €700 mio. The two other partners are Stichting Pensionenfunds ABP from the Netherlands and the fund manager PATRIZIA Immobilien AG..

Fund manager PATRIZIA will also handle all purchasing activities and manage the entire asset portfolio.
