The following figures present ATP's total real estate investments, both directly held by ATP Ejendomme and under management by ATP Real Estate Partners. ATP invests in real estate both in Denmark as well as internationally.
The domestic activities are managed by ATP Ejendomme and include all real estate related disciplines such as investing, administration and asset and property management.
ATP's indirect real estate exposure, which is mainly international, is managed by ATP Real Estate. Investments are made as investment commitments to domestic and foreign Real Estate funds.
