Strategy

ATP Real Estate's current investment strategy is focused on investments in Europe and in the US.

The aim is to obtain a balanced exposure to the international property markets. The investments will exclusively be made through joint venture arrangements and non-listed real estate funds.

In order to obtain an annual return on equity of 9-11 per cent on portfolio level before PAL (Danish pension yield taxation) a meticulous balancing of risk and return will precede each investment.

The risk is minimised by diversifying the investments over time, in various countries, across property sectors and by investing through different fund managers.
