Our indirect property investments are made as Joint Venture deals or as investments through private non-listed property funds. The headlines of our investment philosophy are:

• Joint Ventures with like-minded investors.
• Indirect investments in funds with a strong local representation give access to the necessary local knowledge in a cost efficient way.
• Management must align interests with ATP Real Estate through co-investments.
• The risk/return balance should be optimised by building up a diversified portfolio of property funds.
• By diversifying the investments over a number of years the risk of inappropriate timing is reduced in relation to the economic conditions in the various countries.
• The remuneration of the management of each property fund must include  an incentive to create increased value for the investors. The investments must take place through tax efficient structures.
