ATP is a direct and indirect investor in real estate.

ATP started investing in indirect real estate in 2002. In 2006 ATP formed ATP Real Estate Partners to be responsible for all of ATP's indirect real estate investments through Joint Venture arrangements and non-listed real estate funds. The aim of the investment programme is to secure a high long-term return and diversification of risk.
